Standard delivery is 3 business days from receiving your product or brief. Rush delivery (48 hours) is available as an add-on if your campaign timeline is tight.
Every package includes organic usage by default — you can post the content on your own channels right away. Paid usage (running it as an ad) and whitelisting are add-ons, priced by duration, so you only pay for what you're actually using.
Only if the content requires it — unboxings and hands-on reviews need the real product, but talking-head or digital-service content can often be shot without shipping anything. I'll confirm what's needed once I know the brief.
Every package includes one round of revisions based on specific feedback. If something's off-brief, we fix it — this isn't a one-shot delivery with no room to adjust.
