Standard delivery is 3 business days from receiving your product or brief. Rush delivery (48 hours) is available as an add-on if your campaign timeline is tight.

Every package includes organic usage by default — you can post the content on your own channels right away. Paid usage (running it as an ad) and whitelisting are add-ons, priced by duration, so you only pay for what you're actually using.

Only if the content requires it — unboxings and hands-on reviews need the real product, but talking-head or digital-service content can often be shot without shipping anything. I'll confirm what's needed once I know the brief.

Every package includes one round of revisions based on specific feedback. If something's off-brief, we fix it — this isn't a one-shot delivery with no room to adjust.

Collaboration Process

After you send a collab request, I'll reply within 24 hours with a short brief form — a few questions about your product, key messaging, and any must-hit points. Once that's back, I'll confirm a delivery date and we're off. No lengthy contracts or back-and-forth calls required unless you want one.

Just three things: the product (or access to the service, if it's not physical), any brand guidelines or messaging you want reflected, and a few examples of content you like — yours or otherwise. I'll turn that into hooks and angles myself; you don't need to write a script.

Both, honestly. I'll always bring my own take on what performs, since that's the whole value of UGC — but if you have a specific angle, phrase, or feature you need mentioned, just flag it in the brief and I'll build around it.

Everything runs through email — brief, delivery, feedback — kept in one thread so nothing gets lost. No project management tool to log into, no scheduled check-in calls unless the project genuinely needs one.

Not necessarily. Once you've seen how the content performs, a lot of brands come back to book a bundle or set up an ongoing arrangement. There's no obligation either way — but if it works, I'd rather build a repeat relationship than a one-off.
