Questions Before Your Stay
Check-in starts from 2:00 PM, while check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged depending on availability.
Yes. Northwood welcomes families. Our cabins and nature trails are designed to be safe and comfortable for children, with parental supervision recommended at all times.
Meal inclusions depend on the selected plan. All stays include breakfast, while lunch, dinner, and special dining experiences are available in selected packages or as add-ons.
Not at all. Guided experiences are optional. Guests are free to enjoy the cabins and surrounding nature at their own pace.
Yes. Northwood can be reached by private vehicle, and on-site parking is available for guests.
We recommend comfortable clothing, outdoor shoes, personal toiletries, and a light jacket for cooler evenings. Everything else is thoughtfully prepared in your cabin.
Limited signal is available in certain areas. We encourage guests to enjoy a digital-light experience to fully embrace the calm of nature.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival are eligible for rescheduling or credit. Please contact our team for assistance with changes.
