A gentle, parent-assisted program focused on fundamental water comfort, breath control, and floating techniques to build early confidence in a warm, heated pool setting.
Structured levels (Tadpole to Dolphin) designed to teach proper freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and diving techniques through fun, engaging skill progressions.
Tailored for adults overcoming water fear, learning basic swimming mechanics, or utilizing swimming for low-impact endurance, joint health, and overall wellness.
High-intensity training utilizing underwater video analysis, lap pacing, turn optimization, and stroke efficiency techniques to reduce swim times and prevent injury.
Our instructors are trained in aquatic child psychology, using positive reinforcement and gentle desensitization techniques to turn anxiety into genuine excitement.
Our curriculum celebrates micro-wins, teaching students grit, goal-setting, and emotional resilience that translates directly into their school and personal lives.
We maintain strict 1:4 student-to-coach ratios so no child is ever overlooked, and we integrate real-world water safety survival skills into every single lesson plan.
Rather than forcing rigid, one-size-fits-all forms, our coaches adapt stroke mechanics to match each swimmer's unique anatomy to maximize efficiency and protect growing joints.
“My son Leo was terrified of putting his head underwater. We tried two other swim schools before Naoda, and both felt rushed. The coach at Naoda was unbelievably patient.”
“I joined the Adult Performance Clinic to prepare for my first 70.3 triathlon. The underwater video feedback opened my eyes to drag issues I didn’t even know I had.”
“Naoda’s indoor pool is pristine, warm, and perfectly maintained. Coach Hannah made the infant acclimation class so fun for Maya—and gave us great safety tips for home.”

We welcome swimmers as young as 6 months old in our Infant & Toddler Water Safety program. These early sessions focus on water acclimation, gentle floating techniques, and building trust alongside a parent.
We maintain a strict maximum ratio of 1:4 (1 coach per 4 students) for all youth and beginner group classes. Keeping groups small ensures every swimmer receives constant individual attention and personalized stroke correction.
For your first day, please bring a swim suit, a towel, and dry clothes. Naoda provides a complimentary branded swim cap for all new enrollees! Goggles are recommended for children aged 4+ and adults learning stroke mechanics, but they are optional for infant acclimation classes. Swim diapers are required for children under 3 years old.
Water anxiety is completely normal, and our coaches are specifically trained in child psychology and gentle acclimation. We never force or rush a hesitant student. We work at their comfort pace—starting at the pool edge with splash games and floating toys—to build organic trust before moving deeper into the water.
We understand that family schedules and illnesses happen! Naoda offers flexible makeup vouchers. As long as you notify us via the parent portal at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled class, you will receive a makeup credit to book any open slot within 60 days.
